Greetings Fellow Guardians!

Today is a special day. This is the first time I have received this amount of influx of nominations and people wanting to hand out ‘kudos’ to people that I have seen here yet. This is a testament to the caliber of people we have here; not only in the people helping out, but people wanting to recognize others for their service.

So with so many, I will let the quotes do the talking for these fine folks.

Guardian Service Award nominees: Dervish, Intermission, Eagle4Delta, BeenieWeenie and Duck
This award is intended to recognize those who sacrifice a significant amount of their resources above and beyond the call of duty to help better The Guardians. A Division Leader spending time writing up rules for their Division does not qualify for this…a member of a division sacrificing their time to create and maintain a specific database useful to the division for 2 years would. The greatest virtues are those which are most useful to other persons.


Dervish, Intermission and Eagle4Delta:

-      “Dervish, Intermission and Eagle4Delta: All for their tirelessly hard work they put into their recruitment duties in Star Wars: The Old Republic - Republic Division. We've literally have had over 100 applications in the past couple of months, and the three of them have handled all of them with grace and style.â€�

-      “Without them, the seamless process of recruitment for the Republic Division would just not happen.â€�

-      “They have tirelessly worked their butts off even before the game started, keeping SWTOR forums with recruitment posts. Looking for new members that would fit with our community.â€�

-      “They have kept up with the mountain of new recruits to make them feel welcome and dealing with any issues that have come along. They are constantly keeping up with the influx of incoming apps. and making sure that no recruit is left unnoticed. I believe they deserve this award for the long hard work they have done for the betterment of the guild.â€�

BeenieWeenie:

-      “Probably one of the most active behind-the-scenes members in the Republic division is BeenieWeenie.â€�

-      “I've have seen him on numerous occasions seek to help people or answer the pleas for help in guild chat even if he's in the middle of doing something for him.â€�

-      “He is one of our biggest commenters on applications.â€�

-       "I did want to suggest some kudos in just a PM or something from a couple of our leaders to Beenieweenie. He has really done a swell job helping out others in the game, talking to new recruits, looking over apps, and he has helped me out with …. too."

Duck:

-      “One of the most active ‘new’ members to TG, Duck has made himself known as the latest Photoshop Prodigy willingly making signatures for everyone across the guild, even going so far as to creating custom sigs for those without them asking.“

-      “A truly great personality to chat with either on the forums, in game or on Mumble, Duck is extremely helpful and always in good spirits, helping escalate morale in the guild.â€�

-      “Duck is consistent in response to applications, something our guild needs in order to maintain the level of maturity we are accustomed to.â€�

-      “Duck has taken initiative to start up a casual raid group in the Republic Division of TOR. His efforts will allow those with hectic work schedules or that just wish to progress through end game content at a slower pace to take part in more areas in the game than previously provided by the division.â€�
