Greetings Fellow Guardians!

This Guardian is truly a ‘Shining Star’ and an example of Guardianship through and through. He has the admiration of his peers and leadership, and those he helps out spout his praise across the galaxy! The selflessness and service to others is outstandingly obvious, and sets an example others want to follow. The Guardian Motto is “Guardians Lead The Way!!!”… well if I could peg one person who this phrase emblazons it would be Tha_Moe!

Guardian Service Award nominees: Tha_Moe (a.k.a. – Gannius)
This award is intended to recognize those who sacrifice a significant amount of their resources above and beyond the call of duty to help better The Guardians. A Division Leader spending time writing up rules for their Division does not qualify for this…a member of a division sacrificing their time to create and maintain a specific database useful to the division for 2 years would. The greatest virtues are those which are most useful to other persons.

– “He goes out of his way to help people.”

– “…raiding with him he’s very calm when things go bad and shows a positive attitude.”

– “The reason I am nominating Tha_Moe is that his personal character is one of supreme example when it comes to the camaraderie I expect from members within our guild. Numerous times he has assisted in quests, along with completing quests together that have not been part of his class quests or ones he has already completed. What simply amazes me is that when I do ask him for some assistance, he seems to drop what he is doing immediately to help me out; he is usually even on a different planet at the time.”

– ”He has never asked for compensation for the actions he does and tells others to take all of the items that are collected. The items being green or higher have to be rolled for and he tells others to just take them all, most of which are just sold because others are not able to use them. He simply refuses any payment in person.”

– ”He has a great personality when it comes to the game and makes it a real pleasure to quest with a Guardian; there are others that are fun to quest with, though he is by far one of the best. When we make mistakes he keeps a positive attitude and we usually laugh at the mistake while learning from it. Tha_Moe always tries to make the best out of any situation.”

– “This type of member is exactly why I chose to become a member of The Guardians and I try to help others as much as Tha_Moe helps me. There are many times when I am not able/willing to help others since I am either busy with quests myself or I do not have the ability to join with another member (this is usually because I am at work). Members who show a sense of honor, humility, selflessness, and a willingness to help are the cornerstones of our guild and Tha_Moe has provided multiple examples of great service.”

Please join me in congratulations to someone truly deserving. He sets a bar of service to others that is the envy of other Guardians and is contagious enough for them to want to willingly strive to follow! It makes us ever so proud to hand out this Guardian Service Award to Tha_Moe!
