I'm pretty torn. I loved playing Ranger in GW1 and that one I am drawn too, love having pets. <3 Also Mesmer and Ele. Will be hard to choose!

I know exactly what you mean Martini. Since ArenaNet has removed dedicated tanks and healers you have to pick a profession based on it's play style. Problem is all of them sound fun. Sigh... beta needs to hurry up so we can play and decide on what profession we like.

Going to be weird to not have healers and tanks. I like healing. :P But I am exciting for this game, I think it's going to break the mold. :D

Well if you like healing then I'd recommend either the Elementalist or Guardian.

Guardian Skills: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/List_of_guardian_skills

Both classes have the most support oriented skills in game (Elementalist due to water attunement) and ArenaNet said they built the Guardian for people who like healing and supporting their allies (that class is also the successor of the Monk and Paragon from Guild Wars 1). Even still... the Guardian isn't a dedicated healer.

Changed to engineer actually, I am very undecided here BUT I think the engineer will probably be the first one to 10 at the very least LOL

Uh oh... nautix is turning into an alt-o-holic... this game really is going to cause a lot of people to have more than one main or multiple alts.

I remember that interview, it was good, gave some insight into how the Engineer plays. I honestly can't imagine 5 engineers with Thumper Turrets down in World PvP... That is going to be absolute chaos. (Thumper Turret: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Thumper_Turret)

But yea... the Engineer does sound like a lot of fun. Especially as a Charr since they invented most of the stuff.

But altoholism doesn't slow anything in GW2 anyway.  The good PvP is max leveled anyway, so there is no rush to cap.  So, play them all!

I just hope we don't have player limits in the guild that force us to limit alts.

But yea... There is no rush to level cap since it is impossible to out level any content (side kicking system that boosts or lowers your level based on the PvE zone your in). So... Play all the classes and support ArenaNet by buying more character slots (this has a 99.9% of showing up in the GW2 shop).

Edit: After digging around a little I found this answer to guilds:

Wow, this is surprisingly pretty balanced for a selection so far. Also, Trythos of Orr was originally an Elementalist, gonna keep it that way.
