I'm going to be taking my time as well and working on Disciplines and farming dynamic events as much as I can on the way up.  Gotta love that Karma!  8)

Seeing as we will most likely be playing together a lot I see myself taking my time as well.

Learning your toon inside and out is key. No sense on rushing and being mediocre.

Most definitely. Especially with so many build options. PvE wise anyways.

I will try and level pretty quickly to at least level 15-20, but then slow things down in order to RP and explore.

Well I hope to avoid repeating the mistake I made in SWTOR, even though I said I was not going to rush to cap I kind of did anyways because of raiding.  With that out of the equation here and this being a somewhat less gear-centric game I going to take my time and enjoy the scenery more than I have in the past.

That's the plan anyways, I'm sure the levels will come and probably quicker than I anticipate but as long as I'm having fun and experiencing all that is in game that's what matters most.

I don't like rushing on any game period,plus i (hopefully) got 5+years of gw2 ahead of me,so no need to rush :P
no raiding? does that mean tank class is no longer really needed? (i make a tank cause they always short on supply high on demand but not really a fan) if so,i can make my guardian a DPS killing machine  :evil:

@thread title.  Yes.

I personally will be leveling hard, as I don't work weekends and I'm on vacation all next week leading up to PAX.

The nice thing about this game is that you can breeze through all the content but still come back to it at any time you want to take it all in, enjoying the content at the level it was intended for, without being an OP god in a world of toddlers and ants.

That said... this will be a short MMO, I would argue, the shortest/smallest AAA release ever.  Exception:Tabula Rasa... but does that really count?

I hope to enjoy this game for 3 months... beyond that... I am unsure.
