Ooo name meanings. lets see what I can find...

Duck -[duhk] Show IPA noun, plural ducks, ( especially collectively for 1, 2 ) duck.
1. any of numerous wild or domesticated web-footed swimming birds of the family Anatidae, especially of the genus Anas  and allied genera, characterized by abroad, flat bill, short legs, and depressed body.

2. Informal. person; individual

3. a playing marble, especially one that is not used as a shooter.

4. one hell of a righteously awesome dude. may particularly excel at the use of photoshop  ;)

Does it fit in with any lore to have a human with a greek name. I know I reaserched this and the luxons are greek cultured. I am not bot sure if they hold any relevance in the GW2 time frame or lore ( I did not play GW1,  but I think they were in gw factions)

I did reaserch this but could not find any lore for them that tied into GW2
