Well... be careful ZCKS. If you live in the United States (I'm guessing you do) and payed in full to GameStop, Amazon, or Best Buy you actually are not guaranteed any beta access. None of the retailers have the codes or the ability to flag your purchase as a 'pre-purchase' until April 10th, anything done now is flagged as 'pre-order' which only has one day of head start and no guaranteed beta access. You will have to go back to whatever store you paid in full to on the 10th and make sure they flag your purchase correctly and that you get the code that gives the three days of head start as well as beta access. Pre-order codes are totally different and don't give beta access.

Updated the original post with new info in regards to pre-purchase of the Collector's Edition. Basically if a retailer tries to sell the Collector's Edition now before April 10th they risk NCSoft/ArenaNet pulling all copies from that store and not letting that retailer sell the CE of Guild Wars 2. Heavy handed approach but it solves the problem of retailers breaking the rules set down by ArenaNet/NCSoft.

My question is will it be available right at 12:01 in the morning or will I have to wait a certain period of time? I think that was the only thing that confused me a bit. I would assume that since I didn't see anything except "April 10th", then I will be able to wait past midnight and get it as soon as it turns the next day. Also, I have been throwing money at my laptop and nothing has been happening for a while now.... Why can't the 10th come any faster? :)

I highly doubt that ArenaNet would open up the site at midnight. It would be a disadvantage for the retailers. More than likely the site won't go live will 7AM PDT (10AM EDT). Reason why is that none of the retailers will have keys to hand out till the 10th of April.

They posted on twitter "April 10th Seattle time" so, I'm going to guess 12am PST.  Setting my alarm for 2:50 am EST, that gives me ten minutes to drag myself to the computer.
