Hello everyone,
I was wasting time this morning looking up Guild Wars 2 info and happened upon this amazing community. As such, I thought I would take a minute to introduce my self. Hi, I'm Xirroneous (aka Xiro, or phonetically Zero). I'm 31 (as of last month, UGH) and live in Kennesaw, GA (just north of Atlanta). I work in I.T. support and am the only gamer in the group, weird I know.
I discovered MMO's in 2000 when a good friend of mine introduced me to a little game called Asheron's Call. It was all down hill from there. I went on to AC2 from there, and quickly back to AC1. If you were one that played both you will understand, or most likely did the same. I played a number of other games and genres until I learned of a new game coming out that none of you have probably heard of, World of Warcraft. I played that from beta until Cataclysm with some Warhammer Online in there somewhere. I also enjoy some FPS on the PC, most recently BF3. I played SWTOR for a bit, however was disappointed. Which brings us to GW2. I didn't play the first one, however, have always heard good things about it. After watching as many video about GW2 as I could get my hands on I knew I had found my new game. Now it's just been a waiting game of playing Minecraft until the 25th.
Anyway, some of the other techs are starting to show up so I should probably get some work done. Apologies if this was a bit long.
