Well today has been a very interesting day so far. Guild Wars 2 WvW (a fansite dedicated to WvW PvP and Structured PvP) sent me a private message earlier today asking if they could use certain parts of the Guardian Guide to Guild Wars 2 that I had created. I was perfectly fine with it since I see it as a good thing of getting the word out to more people and helping them learn about and understand the various mechanics that make Guild Wars 2 run. It ultimately led into me being asked to be a guest writer for the site and the first article that I wrote is an expansion of a post I had originally made here on our forums.

P.S. Guild Wars 2 WvW has also asked if we would be interested in doing a guild spotlight. Would be a wonderful thing to do since it would help get the word out about our guild.

Are you frantically running around various Guild Wars 2 websites trying to figure out what race fits your personality the best? First piece of advice I can give you: grab a towel, think of the number 42 and whatever you do, “don’t panic”, everything will be OK. Each of the five races in Guild Wars 2 are based on a society/culture that everyone may or may not be familiar with. Hopefully by the end of this article you will have a better grasp of the races, how the profession fit each race in regards to the lore and which race will suit you the best.
