TG Leadership
« on: August 17, 2012, 08:55:15 PM »
Hail.  I just wanted to take a moment to thank the TG leadership for meeting with some members of my leadership team yesterday.  It was great to place a voice to a name, and it goes a long way in strengthening the bonds of friendship between our two guilds.

*bows with respect*

Btw, if we promise to return her in a few months, can we please have Martini?

Okay? Good.  Done.

Zsolaith - it was a great meeting and we accomplished a lot.  We are looking forward to when Nautix sets up the common Guild Alliance Site.  Thanks again for scheduling the meeting!

Fiddy ents, two back yaks, and a pull bull.

If we can't have 'tini, we should at least get the band back together.

Really are any of our members "common"?

I mean Charlie has his own house of madness here and it is anything but common.

Here is a great Vid for generating a strong server community for the entirety of our server (Ilse of Janthir).

Nautix is working on the new website

www.isleofjanthir.com

....for our Guild Alliance but we should ALSO do something similar to the [DSC] or make a [IoJSC] effort to communicate and create a better server community for all of the guilds and guild alliances on our server (not just limiting it to our Alliance).  This initiative will allow our alliance to also create a "community organizing" leadership position for the entire server.

See this Vid for details and per website links in the notes on You-Tube.  (Desolation is a large EU server)

That was a good meeting! I can't wait to get the alliance website up and start getting more guild involved. :) I might need to cut back hours at my job! Going to be even more busy. :P

I agree Voa.  An IoJSC that is a virtual neutral-grounds meeting place for all guilds is a great idea.

Do you think we need a presentation video (something like the one above) or do you think we can just have a section written up on our website (or have both?)

I think you were going to go from the bottom of the list up and our officers were going to go from the top of the list down on who to contact right?   We shouldn't skip any guild then as a result of doing this [IoJSC] and even talk to the guilds already in their own alliances (I think the ISLE alliance was one that we saw right?)?

I don't know if Nautix has seen this video yet so you should coordinate it with him prior to working out the [IoJSC]
