I'm really looking forward to this as well. Unfortunately I'll be waist deep in SWtoR by the time D3 comes out but I'm sure I'll find time to enjoy both.

Well, so much for playing the single player first. It's online only! Even characters are saved in the cloud. And I only just read about the real money auction house. They are even considering letting accounts put characters up for sale there.

When I'm done with the game I would like to see some money for my effort. The only people who complain about this seem to be the people with lots of time and they don't want money to compete with their epeens.
Just because the characters are saved online doesn't mean that you're barred from playing through the game sans homies. You're free to do your own thing until you are ready, or want, to join others. I don't mind the online aspect at all. Plus, that means that anything you pick up, you can trade or sell!

After SC2's poor release, I'm pretty worried about D3 No chat rooms, clan support, etc.
