So I am probably dating myself with this, but a friend and I are going to go see KISS and MOTLEY CRUE tonight.  It is an outdoor show and the weather is going to be 84f with thunderstorms...I am really excited as the last time I saw either of these bands I was too wasted to remember either show....This time, clean and sober, but I am so old I still may not remember..lol..  ROCK ON!

I just wanted to make sure that everybody knows this, And I am certainly not doing this to toot my own horn, and by no means am I a prude about it either.  I may call myself IrishWhiskey, but in fact I have not had a drink ( or herbal supplement) in a little over 12 years.  However I am not one of those self righteous, your gonna burn in hell if you drink or drug kind of guy's.  To each there own, I hang out in bars with friends and just drink O'doul's.  I still go to heavy metal concerts and love to smell smoke.  I just came to a point in my life where my (ex) wife was gonna have our 4th child and realized that I was wasted all the time and that my son was never gonna see me like that.
So..... I don't want anybody to feel like they need to walk on eggshells around me, as a matter of fact, have a drink for me!
ps. August 18 I will going to see KISS and Motley Crue at a really cool outdoor venue, gonna be a blast!
