Come watch Darkhorse, your favorite household Latino brother, drive big rigs through Europe listening to country music. That is way more hilarious than I meant it to sound. http://www.twitch.tv/darkhorse27/newHe's playing Euro Truck Simulator 2!

Hey guys. For those who don't know me, I recently left TG but have had a change of heart. I'm just a boring old dude, there is literally next to nothing interesting about me.
How have you all been?

Hey guys, I have a friend that's started himself an indie game company. He's done a couple games before, one that was a mod for HL2 and one that is on the iTunes store (Vroom!) and now he's breaking into Steam with this game called InFlux. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=92911221Basically, it's a puzzle game that's very pretty, involves a lot of adventure and exploration, and is very relaxing. I got ahold of the press release for it and it's a very fun, casual game. Help a brother out and go vote for it on Greenlight!

Guardians, your mission, should you choose to accept it: Eliminate the alien threat by any means necessary. The initial recruits: Duck. He's from South Africa and has been a mercenary in the most war-torn parts of the world. He's already demonstrated expertise with big guns. Hope he can live long enough to really prove his worth! Taven. An ex-Army ranger who also happens to have a pretty rad haircut. I've worked with some of this guy's distant relatives in the past and they're all snipers, hopefully he carries the flag like they did! Choboticus. The only dude that refused to look at the camera, I'm just going to assume this guy is a hard-ass. I mean, come on, his name is Mustapha. He's from the middle east and his dossier is a mile long. Look forward to working with this terror! Shagoss: Straight from jolly old England, this guy was recommended to us from the Queen herself. With years of training from the SAS, this guy should be an asset to our team. Look forward to working with you guys!

So there's this game called The Ship on Steam. We had a blast playing last night and I want to play some more this evening, so here's some info on it:
The game works like this. You are a passenger on a cruise ship. Every passenger has a target given to them, that they have to hunt down, identify, and kill. However, everyone is also being hunted by someone else. You also don't know the identities of any of the other passengers until you walk right up in their faces and interact with them, at which point you know their "in-game" randomly generated name.
The weapons you use to kill your enemies are widely varied. Everything from cooking pots and mannequin arms to claymores to tommyguns and blunderbusses. The game also encourages you to switch up the weapons you use for your kills by giving weapon kills a point value. The less a given weapon is used, the higher the point value for using it rises. I usually dump a weapon right after I kill someone with it because the kill value drops to nothing immediately after its used.
However, don't think you can just swing weapons willy-nilly everywhere! There are security cameras, guards, NPCs and even "passenger" players that will spot you when you have a weapon unholstered in their view. You'll be thrown in jail and it will be made very obvious to everyone (including your hunter!) that you are in jail.
Anyways, this game is lots of fun. I know a bunch of guardians have it and have not played it much (the servers are pretty much full of bots these days). If you don't own it I think everyone who has ever bought it gets a boatload of free copies to give away, and if not heck it's only like ten bucks.
I'm going to be online playing tonight and I think Thranx and maybe Shagoss will be on with me, so if you wanna play tonight come hop in the Gameology channel with me in Mumble and let's have a blast!
People who own the game, can you post in this thread if you have a free copy to gift out? Let's have some fun tonight!

I know we have a few people in the guild that are a heck of a lot better with electricity than me, so I figured I'd shoot this at some of my buds before I call a plumber/electrician.
Starting this morning, when I run hot water, the water runs very hot for about a minute or so. Afterwards, the water gets freezing cold and takes forever to get warm again. I'm wondering what the problem could be. I've read around and it seems like it could either be my lower heating element or my dip rod in the water heater, but I'm not good enough with this stuff to either diagnose it on my own or fix it on my own.
Help?

Some people may remember my very good friend Magical2099 (Hoagra in the Sith division, Michael Waldrop) who passed away back in February. He was a very active member on the official Borderlands forums and put over a thousand hours into the game. I posted about his death on the forums and there was a huge response. A bunch of the community members called out for a tribute to Mike. Gearbox listened. A Reddit post that Dak linked me details an NPC, named Michael, that hands out free mid-grade loot. The name referenced is a different Michael but I know that they probably just rolled both Michaels into one NPC. So I just thought I'd share this. Michael was my very best friend, I worked with him for years, and he was the biggest borderlands fan I know. I'm really happy to see him immortalized as a part of something he loved so much. Here's a link to the post: http://www.reddit.com/r/Borderlands2/comments/100bdr/i_am_going_to_lose_so_much_money_to_those_slot/c69cocdSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not in that kinky, gimp suit sort of way either.
Send me all the leather you can spare! If you have leather materials of any level, or the rune materials like blood, claws etc, send it all to me! I need it to level my thief's leatherworking. Hook me up, and let me know if you need leather goods in return!

So, I rolled a fresh Thief and immediately took him to sPVP to see what he can do. Either I'm really awesome or Thief is hax. Check these two scores out, the first time I ever, ever used a thief and the first time I've ever been in sPVP outside of one Elementalist match in beta.
