The Elder Scrolls Online / The Elder Scrolls is now an Official Guardian Division« on: February 14, 2013, 01:13:00 PM »It's Official February 14th 2013 not only marks the calendar for Valentines Day, but more importantly it is the day that The Elder Scrolls Division became official! This also means that we have sent out messages to those that have shown interest in the division about whom you think should lead. Upon reviewing those and reviewing the Guardian Leaders Code: Quote Section IV.b - The Guardian Leader's Code we determined which candidate would be best suited to run the division. Congratulations Jaedan on becoming the new Division Leader for ESO. The faction poll closes tomorrow morning. If you are interested in playing ESO and have a preferred faction that you would like to see The Guardians playing you need to go vote. http://www.guardianhq.com/teso/elder-scroll-faction-poll/ Your choices are: Aldmeri Dominion - http://www.guardianhq.com/teso/a-case-for-the-aldmeri-dominion/ Daggerfall Covenant - http://www.guardianhq.com/teso/a-case-for-the-daggerfall-covenant-as-our-faction-of-choice/ Ebonheart Pact - http://www.guardianhq.com/teso/why-the-ebonheart-pact-is-the-best-choice-of-us/ or you can always vote undecided We will be running with whichever faction has the majority of the guild's votes. Congrats Jaedan and looking forward to the rise of The Elder Scrolls Division. 3

Any answer would have sufficed, just curious as to which route you would have taken.

I just got back from the grocery store, grabbed a bag of groceries from the car and shut the car door behind me. Went to go into my house and realized I left the keys in the car. I set down my bag of groceries and head to the car only to find out that the doors are locked. All the doors and windows are locked on the house as well. What am I to do?
On me I have: Socks, Boxers, jeans, t shirt, glasses, ball cap, tennis shoes with nylon laces, and titanium wedding ring The bag of groceries (Recycled paper) Bag of oranges snorkel white vinegar aluminum foil String cheese and a pack of bubble gum 7

Is it ever acceptable to wear a brown leather belt with black shoes or vice versa?

Tom Hanks because of the personality.
If it were based on looks I have only been told I look like three people. Joshua Jackson, Brendan Fraser, or Samuel L Jackson, but I think if I had a choice it would definitely be Tom Hanks 12

I set my father in law up a site using GoDaddy. It was easy for me to do and I know nothing about coding. I was able to set it up how he wanted it with graphics, galleries, and so forth pretty easily. It is also relatively cheap which is nice.

Rift / Re: Just a Game 2...confirmed.« on: February 12, 2013, 01:32:43 PM »
Rift has had several members leave due to RL issues, losing interest in the game, and so forth. Because of that the raid group has been struggling to find members to fill empty spots and they have had to resort to picking up PuGs and such to try to knock out raids. This has left some unhappy and others are unable to experience end game content because the group is just not geared well enough for it. A couple of our officers in Rift have stepped down because of RL issues and just not being able to perform the duties as they want to. being an officer is voluntary. Real life happens and right now many of us have out of the ordinary stress in our life due to Real Life events.
Many games lose players like this. Gamers cap out, lose interest, move on to something shinier, or have RL events that prevent them from playing. For a guild that focuses on just one game the member base is not affected as much because folks are there to play that one game. In a guild such as ours with multiple divisions this happens regularly. It happened in WoW, Rift, SWTOR, GW2, PS2 and I am sure it will happen with ESO. We have a large force enter the game, then after a couple of months the player base declines rather sharply as members move on to other games, older games, or focus on RL matters. It is the nature of the beast. Once this happens we usually find out those that are dedicated to the game and then we recruit and grab more that are dedicated to the game. That is how we still have members in each division raiding and doing events. They are the ones that stayed and we built up from there. With the decline in numbers we have disbanded the raiding team so that they can either form a Guardian group on their own or join other raids to experience end game content. Officers are not needed to raid. As I have stated in other threads, when I was just a member I created the Pajama Crew raid group in Rift and a couple of others. All you have to do typically is clear it with a DL to make sure you are not stealing other groups members or interfering with another raid. In this case, since we dissolved the raid group if a member wants to start a group up, then go for it. Post threads on our forums with dates and times. Send out PM's to all of those interested so they are reminded of when and kick some butt. At this time with the numbers as low as they are there is no need for multiple officers. We will rely on a Division Lead and a Recruiting Officer. Once our numbers rise back up we will add more officers as needed. If anyone has any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact me via PM or catch me on mumble if I am on there. The Rift Division is not dissolving and I have faith that we can build the numbers back up. We have done it before. 15
