Did you know that Windows has an event scheduler? You could create a one time event that launches the game at any time you choose (such as 12 PDT tomorrow, or 9 pm on launch day)

Right click My Computer > Manage
System Tools > Task Scheduler
Create Basic Task
Give it a name
Trigger: one time
Set the time
Action: Start a program > gw2.exe
Done

Now if you get carried away with drunken Korean link parties in mumble you won't have to worry about missing your chance to login!
