I remember quitting WoW toward the tail end of TBC expansion. The following day, I received a beta invite for WotLK testing from Blizzard. Blizzard tried to be sneaky, but I saw exactly what they were trying to do. And it worked.

Here's some good news - assuming all things being equal, and without any disasters occurring, we're planning on bringing up all the servers on which pre-imported guilds are being placed on Day One of Early Game Access.
Again - that's assuming no disasters - but this ensures whenever you get Early Game Access, if you have had your guild deployed the server you're deployed to should be ready.

I don't know how Amazon shipping works for Canada, but Release-Date Delivery is free for Amazon Prime members, and usually an additional $0.99 for everyone else, so it won't break the bank. However, even with RDD, depending on when the parcel service delivers to your location, you still may not get it until the evening.
UPS normally doesn't hit my place until the afternoon at the earlier, so I will most likely just buy a copy from a retail store and cancel my preorder through Amazon once I receive my early access email.

Well... mixed emotions took off starting 15th.. but excited for it
Same here. Real question now is if it would be bad for me to go and ask for the 13th and 14th off too. These are the tough decisions in life...

To nobody's surprise, Inquisitor is #1. I actually really liked play Inquisitor during beta, but knowing it was going to be saturated, I decided to go BH. I am also going to miss Vette and her sarcastic personality.
I'm not surprised Smuggler is last, either. The first class I tried on beta was Smuggler, and it nearly made me cancel my preorder. The cover mechanic seemed so unpolished and clunky. The theory behind it is very cool, but it didn't seem the execution was all there.

Please tell me you can move the raid health bars around. Please. Also, that vehicle cast is nearly instant, pretty cool.

I'm relieved that my preorder is still listed. Does anyone know if we can cancel a preorder after getting early access? It says as long as we have a game code come 12/20, we should be good to go. I ordered my SWTOR from Amazon but I don't want to wait for the evening to get it, and am thinking of just buying it from a B&M store instead on the 20th.
P.S. I hat Walmart. It is more an exercise in aggravation than it is a retail store.

Thanks! I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get picked for this weekend's beta Anyone playing it right now? I am not quite in withdraw, but slowly getting there. I preordered pretty early, so I am hoping to get early access on the 15th. Can't wait!

Hi all. Just saved my application and wanted to say hi.
I have been looking for a guild for SWTOR, and after receiving a PM, I decided to look you all up. I'm very impressed by the scale of this group. It's hard enough to keep people together on one server, much less multiple games. I've always been picky with my guilds, and a lot of what I read clicked with me so I applied.
I have always loved Bioware games, and having played during some of the beta weekends, I think SWTOR will be no different. While I love the single-player feel for the leveling in SWTOR, I couldn't help but feel a little lonely, and I believe it's not really an MMO without a good guild to be a part of. I can't say I have a whole lot of MMORPG experience, but I'm a former WoW player (started at release, quit about 6 months ago). I haven't played any other MMO, but I did play WoW quite a bit. My favorite parts of WoW was the PvP. The dynamic nature made it so that it never got old for me. I also enjoying raiding, and would've done it a lot more in WoW, if not for time constraints. I'm a guy with a secret jokingly sardonic side who is easy to get along with and is a reliable player. Whether I end up joining the guild or not, I hope to see you guys in-game.
