OK I have to say this is an insane build for leveling and soloing content. I found this build on the main rift forums but it is so good I had to share it.

I have used this build to level one cleric to 50 and another to 48 (Aodlas).

I have included the staged leveling and here are the end level macros (adjust for your current level and ability).

Notes:
It is a good idea to spec into the Inq as soon a you can. Follow the Just tree as much as possible before moving into the Sham tree. Also this build is heavily crit build so the more crit the better (even above spellpower to a certain degree).

Macros:
Below is the single target and multi-target macros. I tend at lower levels to make sure you dont pull too many but when you get high enough you can pull 6+ at one time. Remember that you have 3 mana regen (purpose - just, ageless ice - sham, aggresive renewal - inq). Also to begin with hit each of the the targets with Vex and then go crazy with single/multi target macro.

Single Target:
glory of the chosen
jolt
fated blow
sanction heretic
strike of the maelstrom
lightning hammer
massive blow
sovereignty
bolt of radiance
strike of judgement [used over crushing blow for convictions]

Multi Target:
rage of the north
glory of the chosen
jolt
fated blow
soul drain
strike of the maelstrom
even justice

The level 40 link is the same as the lvl 30 link... However, I must say that I am enjoying this build so far!

I just gave it a try on my L17 Cleric. I had been leveling with my heal build so far. This is very nice for leveling...seems like I'm always at full health with the passive healing from the vex.

The Duracell build is awesome, and can even be used in dungeons and raids, It can do about 600 dps single target and over 1k for ae fights. It also heals the raid for about 500-600 hps aswell, which gives the healers some breathing room.

I agree, this is the most fun build I have. It is quite viable in T2's and all Level 1 raids. 600DPS on boss dummy and on Bosses. However, when DPS is prime (hello Johlen) I will switch to the Druid/Shaman/Inquisitor.

Support healing is quite good. And if you want impressive AOE DPS, get in the midst of 5+ raid trash, pop Rage of the North, and let go with the AOE macro.

This is the build (or very similar) that I use on my original char on Shadefallen. The only tweaks I've made to it are ...

1) run rage of the north in both single and multi-target macros
2) Remove the 1 point from glacial shield and put it into endless winter.

This build solo-tanks the new hammerknell chronicle (but has some problems with greenscale since my equipment isn't top tier).
