SWMoniTOR Features

SWMoniTOR is an advanced live combat log parser for Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR). MoniTOR specializes in providing detailed, live feedback on your personal, group or operation performance during, immediately following or many days after your encounters.

There are many powerful and flexible features for MoniTOR

Peer to Peer Communications

MoniTOR's peer to peer nature is unique among combat parsers for SWTOR and offers the following benefits:
Live - Data from encounters is gathered realtime from the members of your group/operation. No need to force everyone to remember to upload one or more cryptically-named log files after operations when they just want to go to bed.

Private - Your combat data is shared only between members of your group/operation, not transmitted through or stored on a central server.

Scalable - MoniTOR can easily scale to many, many times more concurrent users than other solutions that become lagged during peak hours. MoniTOR also doesn't require a beefy server capable of storing large amounts of historical data or using large amounts of expensive bandwidth.

Access to Full Details

MoniTOR provides full access to every line of combat data generated by your group/operation. Using the drill down nature of MoniTOR's parse viewer, you can easily filter down to the specific detail lines you are looking for to theorycraft or analyze yourself, your group or your operation into a lean, mean fighting/healing machine.
Analysis Tools and Graphs (coming soon)

MoniTOR will provide many tools and graphs to help distill down the massive amount of details that it gathers from your group/operation. Whether you are looking for specific patterns of activity or simply trying to get the "big picture", MoniTOR will help you do it quickly and easily.

Efficient Speed and Size

MoniTOR was developed to have minimal impact on your gaming performance.
MoniTOR requires very little CPU resources and uses only a few dozen megabytes of memory with a full operation of parse data loaded.

The user interface is crisp and clean and responds quickly, even with large amounts of data loaded.

The binary storage format for MoniTOR is also quite small; much smaller than the size of a zipped combat log text file yet still containing all of the same information and more.

Fully Dockable User Interface

All of MoniTOR's windows are fully dockable into the main application window (space saving) or can be free-floating (perfect for multiple monitors).

Compatible Export Format

If you want to use a web based tool to analyze/share your parse data, you can export the combined parse data of your group/operation from MoniTOR to the standard SWTOR combat log format and then upload it. No need to wait for 15 other gamers to get around to uploading their parse data.

Other Features Coming Soon

These are some of the features we're working on for the next few releases of MoniTOR:
Auto-save of combat parse data between encounters

Parse viewer column configuration and customization (which columns to show/hide and widths)
Configurable coloring of text items in the parse viewer

Lots of graphs that will be displayed in the parse viewer as you navigate and drill down into the data
Effects view in the parse viewer to show categories of all effects in an encounter

Sources and Targets view in the parse viewer when drilled down into an Ability or Summary category
And the list of features we have planned after these are really going to be cool...

Hell oeveryone.  I was wondering if possibly I could be a fill-in/sub for a raid.  I have full Columi gear and am working towards Rakata.  I don't know if I am eligible to join your group, but no one else is raiding this week, and I hate just doing PvP.
TOR Characters:
Luria - Imperial Agent (Sniper) - "This is none of my concern."
Virilia - Jedi Consular (Shadow) - "Wow, there's useless, then there's you people!"
Altheena - Smuggler (Unspecialized) - "And my incentive would be ..."

I mentioned last night (before you got on) that I was going to try and get back for the ops group, but I couldn't guarantee anything as I'll be out most of the day, then try and hoof it home. I'll log on when I can, and see what's going on.

If a full regular group won't be able to run, I'd highly encourage an EC story mode with guild folks.

Wednesday - Independence Day - If you are around, please help form up some ops groups with whoever else is on. I doubt we'll have enough to do our own so I'm making it a free-for-all day. I myself may be too drunk / AFK on Wednesday, so I didn't want to hold anyone else to a different standard.

Next Monday - Please plan to do the Nightmare Pilgrim on Voss and work to save 60k credits and/or get the required quest item to do it. Kal'quin from the Gentlemen's Club wanted to do a 16-man, and is accepting our entire 8-man as-is w/ no subs/changes needed to join them.

They plan to do the boss on Voss in 30 minutes, then continue on to EC HM w/ the buff provided to potentially down the twins. I think this would be what we need to do the same.

The buff protects you from.an insta kill ability from the nightmare pilgrim.  What benefit is it in the toth/zorn fight?
