The Testers forum shows how they are going to stagger the invites so check it out.  I am just concerned because I was so busy at work I didn't get to RSVP till around Noon.  I have a feeling there are going to be soooo many people in testing since the site is getting hammered so bad.

It's going to be insane!!!!!!!! My laptop should be back home Friday!! I hope it's here before I get home from work, so I can be sure and take it with me to Shawn's for the weekend and play with ya'll. :D

Well it looks like this weekends beta test is turning into a mess.  Apparently they're letting people into the beta in 3 waves, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning to simulate early access.  The timeslot you get is determined by when you rsvp'd to your invite.

This means that many people who're only allowed in starting Sunday morning are only going to get max 14 hours of play time before the beta weekend is over at 11:59pm CST on Sunday. 

Epic fail BioWare!!!   >:(

I'd link to the official announcement on the forums but the swtor site is down at the moment.  The thing that pisses me off the most is that they didn't even release the email invites at the same time so some people were pre-designated to only have Sunday access.  Brutal!!

Yep, I didn't get my email until 8 PM tonight. I'm just happy I checked this morning at 7 am on the tester page.

It also appears that they are doing this as a stress test to see how the servers handle the load.  I foresee epic crashes and queues to get into the servers this weekend.  I remember how bad the LOTRO stress tests were and my old pc could run that.  My current pc barely runs TOR so I foresee me getting stressed out over the stress tests.
