Grand Total:   $575.90

Bringing your Video Card and HDD will complete this system for what you need. It is not absolute cutting edge, but is decently future proof. You Mobo will accommodate GPU & CPU upgrades down the road and you could always opt for 2133 ram or a bigger SSD. If you actually look into this build the CPU & cooler are bundled as are the PSU & Case.

Thanks for all the replies!  I'll check your suggestions out and keep you updated on my progress.  I was told last night newegg has 12 months same as cash so my budget might get bumped up a bit. :)
