Patcher error

I keep getting a crash error when I'm patching... Not sure what is causing is but I'm running it as an admin now so I hope that fixes it... Hopefully I'll be on tonight... *fingers crossed*

1) Windows 7 home/professional or ultimate?
2) Do you have the beta installed on it?  If so remove that first and then install wow.
3) Have you ever installed WoW on the machine?
