We're just bringing in people left and right to get things going here in the WoW division. Today we have the newest event coordinator on the team. Jacen will be bringing his highly experienced background to help us out with events moving forward. He along with Damascus should really get things moving quickly.

Not only are we inducting a new event coordinator today but two new recruitment officers as well. Arezo and Donovan will be assisting Meghaya with the processing applicants. Their efforts along with all of yours will help bring about a new life to recruitment.

Due to his efforts to get TG activities going and his desire to see us flourish again I have promoted Damascus to event coordinator for the World of Warcraft Division. We've all seen some posts and activity from him in preparation for more events I'm sure we'll see more of this as well as more events being scheduled.

TG's WoW Division has gone through some trials and tribulations in the past 9 months. We've gone through a couple of division leaders and some have come to question just whats going on with it. There is some things that need to be dealt with to get us back on our feet. To do that I'm going to be announcing a new division leader for World of Warcraft...me. First thing on my agenda, find someone that sells 200 ft. of network cable, set aside enough time to run it through a crawl space I don't actually fit in so I can join a raid group/vent and not dc.

I'll be strait up front with all of you, I will not be a long running division leader. I'm here to fix things, to right the ship, make tough decisions, be even tougher on the officers, and to observe. When I'm done as DL of World of Warcraft my intention is to have the division back on track to a fun game experience within the guild. I will have established a leadership structure that is both stable and redundant, and I will have hand picked and groomed the new division leader to carry forward.

But Mik you're coming in with only 3 officers and one of them just told us he has no time for atleast a couple months, don't we need more officers? Eventually we may have more officers but I'm more interested in empowering you the members. Want to run something? Set it up, but be respectful of other events, don't intrude on their space. I'll post some guidelines for using the calender in the coming days, and am even entertaining the idea of switching to a new calender software. When you see someone has setup an event I encourage you to sign up and attend, it will encourage others to join your events.
