That last shot of Rey talking, then cutting to Kylo was a nice tease, but I suspect she's actually talking to Luke in that shot. That still doesn't mean Kylo won't try to offer her to join him. Dark Side is all about that. Just a nice possible fake out. Keep in mind a lot of these shots and scenes tend to never happen. A great example: Jyn limping on a catwalk facing down a TIE Fighter; though Rogue One was hit with massive third arc story changes.
My current theory is that Rey will run off with Kylo at the end of The Last Jedi, forsaking both Luke and Snoke's wishes (respectively). Rey will choose to leave Luke too early, just like he did to Yoda. And I get the feeling Kylo's respect and loyalty for Snoke only goes so far. He's far more under the control of his grandfather's legacy than anything (a deceit of the Dark Side, despite losing Vader to the light). Sith... or Dark Side proponents use each other to further their ends rather than care for each other. So the Rey/Kylo bond makes a lot of sense. Episode IX will start with Kylo training Rey in what he knows of the Dark Side, thereby completing her Gray path training. Whether Kylo turns is still up in the air, but it was strongly hinted at in The Force Awakens.
