Hey guys I posted on the member forums and some of you already know, but I am leaving the Guardians. I just wanted to post on here so you all know. The link to my good bye post is below. I am sorry I am leaving, but I know you guys will be fine. Good Luck out there. I'll be around in TOR too, hit me up if you want play.

So, yeah...all your guy's fault (from mumble last night). I picked up the game on Steam today. Will have to play with you all soon.

Good man.

Seems as though most want to do the Gree stuff till its gone. Let me know if this changes and you guys want to raid on Thursday. If not we can also do the gree stuff on Thursday as well.

I dunno if I believe it or not, so I generally don't mess around with this kind of stuff.

However, when I was in Iraq we had one tower that was in the front of our little makeshift base in the middle of Baghdad, it over looked this shanty town that was on the other side of the wall. It was night time and I had my night vision on looking around, I looked down at the shanty town and could see a figure standing there plane as day in the night vision, looked like they were looking up at the tower. I pulled out my thermal scope to see them better and when I looked there was no one there. Put my nods back on and no one was standing there. Needless to say freaked me out the rest of the 6 hour guard shift up in that tower. Also this tower was to small for more then one person. So you pulled guard up there by yourself. I could of swore though that I saw the person. Who knows right?

If we do raid, depending on the raid can we drag Keeria through hopefully to get some gear?  I just turned 50 on my Vanguard Trooper Assult Spec.  Trying to get her geared out as much as I can before then.

Of course, but if we don't do the raid this week, you can always bring her when we do.

Hey guys the gree event is still going to be going on, so let me know if you want to keep up with that or get back into raiding. Let me know.

The Elder Scrolls Online / Re: ESO: The Beta, First Person and Skyrim

It seems from the interview there main concern is people playing in first person while in the open world pvp. If you have ever played DAOC and this system seems to be MAJORLY developed around the DAOC rvr system, paning your camera around you while you are running through the areas is extremely important or you could get ambushed easily.

Also, the single player elder scrolls game relied on combat from first person because its to hard to swing a sword, use magic or fire an arrow if you don't know where your aiming. ESO will have a "soft tab target" system, like any other MMO but instead of pushing one button to auto attack you still have to swing your weapon, fire an arrow, shoot a fireball individually with each click. Seems to be a mix of a traditional mmo system with tab target and the single player experience of having to click to use a single attack.

We shall sing this in the halls as we dine on our enemies carcasses and drink mead!

I won't be eating any people, maybe some elves....

EPIC nerdy post bro. Major kudos to you. I am going to go scream this at people.

General Discussion / Re: Question for Enlisted Personal
« on: February 17, 2013, 06:29:26 pm »
It all depends on alot of different stuff.

For example, myself when I was going through all of the medical checks, they heard a slight and i mean very slight heart murmur so my processing got delayed while, they set me up to go see a specialist to make sure I was ok to enlist. I was (duh) and I got through the rest of it flawlessly.

As long as you go through each step without any problems it shouldn't take to long. I did mine in the US and not Canada so it could be different. Took me about 2 months time total, but I was still in high school so I couldn't leave until I graduated anyways. However, I have seen people get fast tracked because the next training date was approaching fast and they wanted him to get there.

Welcome to the Guardians!!

and the video was lol.
