I don't think it'd be much but I'd love a little pixar short style story for him before or after one of the Marvel movies.

wouldn't mind seeing a movie about him.

So, I picked up a new electric smoker a awhile back, and tried this recipe for smoked ribs, these were amazing, probably the best I have ever eaten.

I'm looking to smoke a turkey for thanksgiving with smoked vegetables as well.

Smoked turkey is so delicious! We have a local place that does them.

Rift / Re: End of an Era : Trion sold to Gamigo games

honestly they will probably shut down or just milk the games until they die.

Or turn it into a PC version of a mobile game. That's what happened to STO when that Chinese company took over it.

Yeah, I'm on the fence about it this year..  Cloaks and BANNERS WTF?!!!  I don't play anything else but Diablo so the rest of the stuff is worthless to me.  I MIGHT get it for the Demo though.  I want my Murky pet :(
You should come to Path of Exile, it's free to play, so it won't cost you anything, I personally like POE better then Diablo 3, and I was a huge diablo 2 fanboy

it's great, spent over 500$ on the free game. only 100 (or w/e the CE is) on D3.

No way am I paying to watch a livestream, but I'm looking forward to some impressions from the people who do get to try the demo. Kinda want to see how well Blizzard sticks to keeping it "classic".

The stream isn’t bad.

Gotta get that rank 14 grind on!

But seriously who pays 50 bucks for a demo that will last 6 days.

Those that watch the BlizzCon stream and also want all the in games goods.

I hope they make Warfronts PvP at some point. At least do what they did with Island Expeditions, add an option for a PvP version of the map.

As much as I want it I doubt it’ll happen. What’s ironic is this is suppose to be the AvH expansion but WARfronts doesn’t have any PvP.

I'm currently pushing 2600 hours in this game :o

I see similar in other games and across them all and wonder how better I could be without it.

I’ll mention we’re pretty close to holiday sales if you can wait another few months.

At $560 the pc posted isn’t a bad price. I’d suggest getting 16g of RAM and a SSD. I don’t think it includes Windows 10.

I'm enjoying BFA quite a bit. I ended up getting burnt out in Legion pretty fast, so we'll see if the same happens here. All in all I like the BFA improvements and I'm enjoying the Rogue spec i'm playing. I'm mainly playing Horde on Wyrmrest Accord, but I have characters all over. My Btag is Ezekielplus#1160 if anyone wants to add me. Perhaps I can hop back on to one of my FM alliance characters, but so far I haven't spent much time on them.

We had 7 on last night. Managed to complete 2 Mythic dungeons too.  I’ll add you in a little bit.

Don’t forget to join Discord (link in my sig) if you haven’t already.

Is it actually worth $63 though....

Seeing the story unfold over the last 10 years has been incredible. There have been some bad writing but being in the world experiencing it is something that movies and books can never touch.

It’s entertainment. Usually games are the cheapest form.

One thing Blizzard does well is hitting the Bartle taxonomy of player types.

One problem I have is there’s isn’t much pause time. There are so many quest, this expansion, that your quest log will fill up. World Quest are never ending, even when you have them all completed they will respawn. Reputation to exhausted has some good gear to purchase. Expeditions allow for some different game play. Dungeons can be challenging at the beginning of an expansion. And I haven’t even hit professions, pet battles and world PvP or instances PvP.

Crowfall / Race and Class Groups - Complimentary Training
« on: August 12, 2018, 12:56:27 AM »
With the new skill system in the past 2 versions, I'm going to put down my ideas for my skill training. I highly suggest everyone at least get on to start the skill training, then log in a day-week later to spend those point to get an understanding. Training is 3x faster so you'll get a great understanding pretty quickly.

Profession:
Combat
Exploration (leads to harvesting)

Race:
Guinecean or Stoneborn
Fae or Elken

Class:
Rogue - Duelist
Mage - Cleric (except Fae) or Druid (Fae)

Race and Class will be important because you'll want 2 complimentary races and classes now that double dipping is removed. What I mean by complimentary, Fae and Elken are both behind the Faerie tier so swapping between them should be pretty easy, much easier than trying to get Human and Fae.

As an example for Race:

Mankind - Pure-Blood - Human | Nethari
             - Half-Blood - Half-Elf | Half-Giant
Sylvan - Elf - Wood-Elf | High-Elf
           - Faerie - Fae | Elken
Monster - Hybrid - Centaur | Minotaur
            - Underfoot - Stoneborn | Guinecean

My races and corresponding class:

stone - knight, champ, myrmidon, cleric
guin - knight, cleric, duelist

fae - asn, druid, frostweaver
elk - knight, confessor, temp, range, cleric

While writing this out I've decided, although my willpower will have to be pretty high, to complete each tier before moving to the next.  In the Race example above, finish Monster then finish Underfoot, this will allow me to swap between Stoneborn and Guinecean as I'm getting bodies. Actually Race is a bad example but the Class would make a difference.  Although the last Race and Class tiers are a year to a year-and-a-half away.

edit: found out skill speed is 3x not 10x.
